About Bruno Bastos
Dr. Bruno Bastos, MD is a medical oncologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of genitourinary cancer, which includes the prostate, bladder, kidney, ureter and urethra. He has expertise in the use of the most advanced systemic therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy and targeted therapy both in the adjuvant and metastatic setting. Dr. Bastos is actively involved in clinical research to discover new ways to treat cancer and improve patient outcomes.
He has extensive teaching experience, instructing and mentoring medical students. He serves as an editorial reviewer for numerous peer-reviewed medical journals, is widely published in those journals and delivers invited lectures at numerous national and international scientific symposiums.
