Dr. Dao M Nguyen is a highly skilled cardiothoracic and thoracic surgeon with expertise in all aspects of general thoracic surgery, including multi-modality therapy for locally advanced lung cancer, cancer of the esophagus, pleura, and malignant tumors of the mediastinum. He also specializes in phase I, II, III clinical trials for thoracic cancers, novel therapy for lung cancer, medical education, and minimally invasive thoracic surgery.

Dr. Nguyen has completed extensive education and training, including a Fellowship in Cardiovasc/Thoracic at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center, a Fellowship at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center, a Residency in Cardiovasc/Thoracic at McGill University, a Master's Program at McGill University Faculty of Medicine, and a Residency in General Surgery at McGill University.
