About Gregory Lubiniecki

Dr. Gregory Lubiniecki is a medical oncologist in the Department of Hematology/Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center. He specializes in treating patients with lung cancer and mesothelioma. His treatment philosophy emphasizes the importance of addressing a patient's individual needs and communicating effectively with the patient and the healthcare team.

He believes in a multi-disciplinary approach to care and is committed to providing current treatments that are in keeping with a patient's goals and have been shown to have the best chance of success with minimal side effects.

He joined Fox Chase Cancer Center in 2009, and has a clinic at Fox Chase Cancer Center on Friday mornings. He completed his fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA in 2004, residency in Internal Medicine at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, Rochester, MN in 2001, and received his MD from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD in 1998.

He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology. He is a member of American College of Physicians, American Society of Internal Medicine, American Medical Association, American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
