About James Stevenson

Dr. James Stevenson is a medical oncologist who specializes in the treatment of cancer, with a focus on carcinoid tumors of the lungs, lung cancer, mesothelioma, and thymic cancer. He is a member of the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center and is part of the Rare Cancer and Blood Disease Program.

Dr. Stevenson received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed his internship at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Shands Medical Center, followed by a residency in internal medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He finished his education with a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Dr. Stevenson is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. He is currently an active member of the department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
