Dr. Jason Shaw is the Director of General Thoracic Surgery and Director of the Lung Cancer Screening Program at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He is an author of textbook chapters, multiple peer-reviewed papers, and a speaker at national conferences. He is a strong advocate for early detection of lung cancer and places great emphasis on quality of life for his patients. He also serves as the moderator of the Thoracic Multidisciplinary Tumor Board.

He has completed his Medical Degree from McGill University, Residency from North Shore University Hospital, and Fellowship from Mt. Sinai School/City Univ. of NY.
