Dr. Michael Shafique is a medical oncologist who earned his Medical Degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Duke University Medical Center, and then went on to complete a Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at the University of South Florida/Moffitt Cancer Center.

Dr. Shafique primarily treats patients with lung cancer, but also sees patients with a wide range of diagnoses as part of early-phase clinical trials. Additionally, he manages medical oncology treatments for patients with Gynecologic malignancies. His practice location is Moffitt Cancer Center.
